Hey guys, Matt with Trinity Roofing and Restoration here.
One of the first things we’re going to be checking on commercial roofing properties is the parapet walls, and the flashing on those walls.
Here, we’ve got some walls that are starting to separate. As you can see here, the fasters are tucked in all the way, and there is no sealant or rubber on this faster anymore, it’s already gone.
Also, the ceiling here is already started to fail on these connection points.

You can tell by the discoloration that there has been a lot of standing water here. We have to ensure that the seams, and fasteners are properly sealed, leaving no possibility for water to penetrate through the walls.
That’s one of the first things we are looking at, the parapet walls. The seams on the metal, and the seams here going up the walls.
Whether your commercial building it’s modified or TPO or whatever else, we will check your walls all the way around your commercial property.
